As we ease ourselves into the New Year, while still trying desperately to get used to the debilitating dynamic of constant power cuts, it’s always good to brush up on technique. Being someone who loves colour, I always look forward to the Pantone Colour of the Year announcement and in 2023’s case it’s the vivid and pretty, Viva Magenta. It’s amazing how Pantone’s chosen shade for each year so strongly influences fashion, design and of course, nails. But then Pantone is the global colour authority, so hardly surprising.
