SkinCare:
Peels and post-care systems are essential components of skincare routines, particularly for addressing specific skin concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and dullness.
1. Peels
These are skincare treatments that involve applying a chemical solution to the skin to remove dead skin cells and stimulate the growth of new cells. There are different types of peels, including:
Glycolic Acid Peel: Derived from sugar cane, glycolic acid is a popular choice for exfoliating and brightening the skin.
Salicylic Acid Peel: Ideal for acne-prone skin, salicylic acid penetrates deep into pores to unclog them and reduce acne. Lactic Acid Peel: Gentle and hydrating, lactic acid is suitable for sensitive or dry skin types, helping to improve texture and tone.
TCA Peel: Trichloroacetic acid peels are deeper peels used to address more significant skin concerns like hyperpigmentation and wrinkles.
2. Post-care systems
After undergoing a peel treatment, proper post-care is crucial to ensure optimal results and minimise any potential side effects. Post-care systems typically involve the following steps:
Hydration: Moisturising the skin is essential after a peel to replenish moisture and support the healing process.
Sun Protection: Since the skin may be more sensitive to the sun after a peel, wearing sunscreen is crucial to prevent sun damage and maintain results.
Gentle Cleansing: Using a gentle cleanser helps to cleanse the skin without causing irritation or disrupting the healing process. Avoiding Irritants: It’s essential to avoid harsh skincare products, exfoliants, or treatments that could further irritate the skin.
Follow-up Care: Depending on the type of peel, your skincare professional may recommend follow-up treatments or specific skincare products to maintain results and promote long-term skin health.
Combining regular peels with a comprehensive post-care system can help address various skin concerns and maintain a healthy, radiant complexion over time. However, it’s essential to consult with a skincare professional to determine the most suitable treatments and post-care regimen for your specific skin type and concerns.

Scar repair:
About Me: Our unique formula, comprising 6 Active Ingredients, collaborates to diminish scars post-surgery, burns, and acne, while expediting skin healing after aesthetic procedures like skin peeling and Collagen Induction Therapy. Scars are a natural part of the skin’s healing process, wherein the body generates new collagen fibers and elastin to repair damaged tissue. The depth of the injury determines healing time and potential scarring. While scars won’t vanish completely, early treatment can minimise their size and alter their appearance, often rendering them barely noticeable.

ENVIRON PEELS
Often when we think about peeling, the first image that comes to mind is the image of a “face-off” type of peel, or one that leaves the skin looking angry and that the skin is literally peeling off. Dr. Des has forever changed the skincare game by introducing innovation and science to his peel technology. Not only is the Environ Cool Peel technology smart, but it is also safe to use on all skin types, ages and most conditions.
Let’s start with what makes Environ’s Cool Peel technology different – as a Skin Care Professional exposed to different types of Peels– Environ challenges the thinking and understanding of skin.
The initial factor to love about Environ Cool Peels is the texture – it is formulated as a Cream or a Gel Peel. This allows the Skin Care Professional full control of application – they can see where the peel is applied as well as how thickly it is applied. This allows for less pooling, especially when applying it with a cross-stroke technique. The strength of the peel can also be adapted by increasing the time the peel is left on for, alternatively the concentration may be increased. Because the peel is slow developing it makes the Environ Cool Peel safe and precise. Another impressive fact was that Environ does not shy away from using peels with a lower concentration percentage – through Environ science we also understand that the pH of a peel is vitally important.
Environ understands that the skin needs Vitamin A; vitamin A feeds the skin cells to assist each cell to function normally – essentially vitamin A is food for the cell. When Environ Cool Peels are applied it stimulates the Growth Factors, and in turn this will assist with producing new skin cells – these “new” skin cells will need food, which the skin has already been prepared withthe Environ vitamin A moisturiser.
With Environ Cool Peel’s you have the option of TCA (Cream or Gel), Lactic Acid or Vitamin C & Salicylic Acid Peels. Each of these peels are intuitively designed to work with the skin, rather than compromising the barrier or leaving the client feeling intense discomfort. The Environ Cool Peels will be applied to the client skin based on skin concern, tolerance to the Cool Peel and their Environ vitamin A regime at home. The magic truly happens if the client is committed to a course of Environ Cool Peels – this allows for consistency and re-education of the skin.
Pre care is as important as post-care when it comes to Environ Cool Peels. We strongly recommend the client starts with Environ vitamin A moisturisers prior to commencing a course of Environ Cool Peels. This will assist with the skin responding in a quicker and healthier manner, while feeding the skin with much needed vitamins and antioxidants. In addition, we would recommend one of our RAD sunscreens that will protect the skin – they will reflect and absorb the sun’s rays as well as defend against free radical damage. Should additional comfort be required we would recommend from our Focus Care ranges – Focus Moisture+ Super Moisturiser or the Focus Care Comfort+ Antioxidant Gel just to name a few.
We offer training programmes on this Cool peel technology to all our Environ Stockists on a regular basis.

THE POWER PEEL
RegimA PEEL de MONACO:
Taking peeling to another level, whilst remaining safe in trained hands, RegimA upped the game and introduced RegimA PEEL de MONACO, an 86% alpha hydroxy acid which packs a punch with rapid action, so is in our exclusive RégimA Medic range.
It is critical that the immediate post peel care is given. Fruition Serum de Monaco is a newly introduced product, containing a high percentage of Hyaluronic Acid, which is sprayed onto the skin and left on for 5 minutes before being removed fully. This is an amazing way and time to introduce Hyaluronic Acid, when the skin is freshly peeled. Also, included in this super serum is arginine, a vaso dilator, helping dilate blood vessels, releasing nitric oxide.
The benefits include Nitric oxide dilates blood vessels which help circulatory conditions, stimulating the release of certain hormones, including the human growth hormone. This Fruition Serum has the extra benefit of helping neutralise the acids, so can and should be used at the end of every peeling session. Ensure all acids are removed, check by doing the lick test around the mouth. If there is still any bitterness, cleanse with Derma Zest Cleansing + Toning Gel, which is a brilliant neutraliser, leaving the skin tighter and firmer.
REGIMA LASER AZU-REPAIR If there is visible peeling then Laser Azu Repair, the renowned ‘Blue Gel’, should be applied. We do not want excessive peeling as that could lead to hyper-pigmentation on healing. Do not replace one problem with another. Aim for the perfect skin result. This is AntiAgeing and repairing at its best. If RégimA PEEL de MONACO extends the length of the peeling, ensure Laser Azu Repair is continued until all peeling has ceased. RégimA Peel de Monaco and Fruition Serum de Monaco contain unique ingredients from the beautiful shores of Monaco.
REAL EXPERIENCES AFTER PEELS
e know by now that a skincare peel is a professional treatment designed to rejuvenate and revitalise the skin by exfoliating its outermost layers. We have discussed how, during a peel, a chemical solution is applied to the skin, which works to dissolve dead skin cells and stimulate cell turnover. Now, depending on the type and strength of the peel, some peels may cause mild tingling or temporary redness, while others may require downtime for peeling and recovery.
Below is an example of what you could expect, visually. Keep in mind, overall, skincare peels are an effective way to achieve smoother, more youthfullooking skin with minimal discomfort and downtime.
Each experience is different, but I think we can all agree that the end result is flawless. When will you be getting your peel done?
