Salon International Reports: QUEEN CHARLOTTE PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION

Get inspired by old English views with South African hues Intercoiffure SA Foundation Guillaume

The Queen Charlotte-inspired photoshoot competition captures the grandeur, elegance and creativity of Netflix’s popular series Queen Charlotte. Drawing inspiration from the main character’s iconic, period-inspired hairstyles, participants were challenged to create their own versions of the elaborate coiffures worn by Queen Charlotte herself, merging elements of 18thcentury royal aesthetics with contemporary fashion influences.

Eighteen entries for hair, make-up and clothes merged the rich historic glamour with a South African flavour. The winner won flight and accommodation to the International Intercoiffure Congress in Cape Town in October.
