WELCOME

Well, dear Readers, this is my final issue of Professional Beauty, following an amazing journey of almost 10 years at the helm of the magazine. During this time, I have been lucky enough to meet so many fabulous beauty professionals – supersmart, proficient in their skills, creative and hardworking. One of the things that has so impressed me about you all is your enduring and unfailing passion for this industry. I wish nothing but the best for you all and may you, as a collective, continue to grow this wonderful industry from strength to strength.

To all those who have contributed superb articles for the magazine and who have participated as speakers at the World Spa & Wellness Convention while I served as its coordinator, a giant thank you.

And, to my successor, I wish you all the best and know that you will have a truly fulfilling time serving an inspiring industry.

But, back to this issue of Professional Beauty – there is lots to read, as you will see. We have an article on how to ramp up your customer service, as well as a big focus on skincare. As such, we have included special features on probiotic skincare, vitamin A-based treatments, and CBD products.
