A rose by any other name
Step 1
Choose your base colour and lightly buff the colour until it is a soft, matt base.
Step 2
Mix you white liner gel with a very small amount of foil gel, this helps the pigments stick better to the design. Then do small roses and swirls creating a framework that will sit around your centrepiece.
Step 3
Lightly dust your pigments onto your design. Try to do this as lightly as possible, so that your centre design will pop more. Then cover the entire design with a matt top coat.
Step 4
Using the same gel mix, create your centre design, cure and layer the design a second time again before applying your pigments. Lightly dust off and cover only the centre design with a gloss top coat.
