Venus Viva

The Venus Viva micro-pins or blades are not designed for mechanical penetration but to act as the delivery mode for radiofrequency (RF) energy to penetrate the skin up to 500 µm. The Venus Viva nanofractional RF applicator creates non-mechanical micro-channels in comparison to fractional ablation and mechanical needling — the “nano” prefix is therefore an important distinction. 160 channels/wounds are formed with RF energy (not mechanical penetration). The blade-shaped electrodes create wound openings of a fixed size, much smaller than its mechanical competitors.
